John joined Dorman Products in 2019 as Senior Vice President of Global Operations and was later promoted to President of the Heavy Duty Aftermarket, Dayton Parts. Prior to Dorman Products, John was Chief Operating Officer for Morgan Corporation, a producer of truck and van bodies in North America. Prior to Morgan, John held positions of increasing responsibility in his career, including Divisional President roles at Colfax Corporation, as well as President and Vice President & General Manager roles at Danaher Corporation. John has experience in various industries, including Petrochem, Oil & Gas, Metals & Minerals, Aerospace & Defense, Material Handling, Industrial and Automotive, and Heavy Duty Trucks.

John has a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Industrial Engineering from Virginia Tech, and a Master of Engineering Management and an MBA from Northwestern University, Kellogg School of Management.
