Greg is the Senior Vice President, Executive Advisory for the Lean Focus Growth Practice. He is an experienced commercial leader who has driven the cultural, organizational, and process changes that deliver sustained growth and continuous improvement. He has significant experience  developing commercial strategies and deploying them successfully across a wide spectrum of go-to-market models and geographies. Greg has successfully led the changes that accelerated growth in industry-leading organizations within Honeywell, Danaher Corporation, and Mesa Laboratories. He has developed Lean tools, processes and trained multiple commercial teams on the pragmatic application of lean principles to drive consistent share gain and improve customer satisfaction.
