We are looking for a proven leader who will play an integral role in designing, building, and rolling out a corporate-wide e-commerce logistics and fulfillment strategy to supply America with Justrite Safety Group products.  The right candidate will have strong e-commerce experience as well as operations leadership experience in warehousing, distribution, and logistics in both B2B and B2C environments. They should ideally have experience with and knowledge about ramping up for ecommerce B2C, direct-to-consumer (DTC) sales. This role reports into the COO.

The Director, Ecommerce and Distribution will drive Continuous Improvement for an efficient B2B and DTC logistic operation that ensures timely customer delivery and overall performance levels for One Stop Shop warehouses and distribution locations. They will scale product logistics with big retailers while improving the overall JSG distribution strategy and customer experience.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Designing and building the corporate ecommerce and logistics strategy
  • Evolving the current logistics strategy from solely B2B to also include B2C, DTC sales
  • Planning for ramp-up based on customer demand
  • Building and implementing e-commerce order processing and inventory fulfillment for all warehouses

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a relevant field; Masters in Logistics/Supply Chain or MBA preferred
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in progressively responsible leadership roles in warehouse operations, fulfillment and distribution center management, and logistics/transportation management in industrial (B2B) and ecommerce (DTC) business environments
  • 2-5 years of experience working e-commerce fulfillment, shipping to major retailers, and DTC required

Plant Manager

The Plant Manager is responsible for overall plant operations. He/ She has direct responsibility of the facility’s safety, quality, delivery, productivity, administrative and financial performance. This is accomplished through leading, directing and managing the subordinate department managers and office staff. Operations Manager

Continuous Improvement Lead

The Continuous Improvement Lead will be driving Lean rollout throughout production operations for an organization is early on its Lean journey. This is a critical role in establishing a sustainable Continuous Improvement culture throughout this facility as well as the rest of the organization.
