Brian brings over 20 years of hands-on Lean transformation experience, including 15 years at Danaher, where he helped shape and deploy the Danaher Business System across global operations. His background spans leadership roles in manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and DBS implementation—with a deep track record driving sustainable performance through Lean principles, behaviors, and systems.

At Danaher’s Business System Office, Brian led the integration of seven major acquisitions, designed and delivered operational improvement initiatives across multiple OpCos, and built enterprise-level development programs for operations leaders. He’s implemented Lean on the ground in the U.S., Europe, China, and Australia—across cultures, value streams, and complexity levels.
