KEVIN KOSEFESKI

Kevin brings over two decades of expertise in implementing and evolving Lean business systems across a multitude of organizations. As an EVP at a DAX 40 company with 65,000+ employees, Kevin spearheaded a multi-year Lean-Agile transformation; personally coaching the CEO and other Board Members, developing a team of 30+ Master Practitioners, and certifying over 250 Instructor Practitioners enterprise-wide. Previously, as Director of Program Development for the Danaher Business System Office, he established new training and certification standards for the global DBS community. Kevin has facilitated 100+ Kaizens and participated in several events with the proteges of Taiichi Ohno.
A former Special Operations helicopter pilot with multiple combat deployments, Kevin excels under pressure and has led high-performing teams in complex, fast-paced environments for over 30 years. Transitioning to the private sector through the Danaher General Management Development Program, he held leadership roles spanning product management, new product development, marketing, sales and service, procurement, and M&A.
Kevin’s multidisciplinary foundation is backed by a BS in Management from the U.S. Air Force Academy, an MS in Logistics from the Air Force Institute of Technology, and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
