Jessica was trained on Lean at Pratt & Whitney using their internal ACE Program (Achieving Competitive Excellence). Throughout her career, she participated in many kaizen events, used several lean tools (TPI, 6S and 8 Wastes) and personally developed and deployed standard processes and training on several HR topics for her leadership teams. Topics include: COVID-19 for manufacturing plants, internal recruiting and onboarding process, performance management, employee relations, union relations, first line supervisor OJT, pay for performance and talent reviews.
Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Eastern Connecticut State University and a Master of Science degree in Business Management from Rensselaer at Hartford; both degrees with a concentration in Human Resources.
