JESSICA WYMAN

Talent Search Partner

Jessica is a Talent Search Partner for Lean Focus. She is a dynamic and solution-driven HR Leader with 20 years of experience in Human Resources leadership primarily in Operations and Supply Chain at large, Fortune 50 conglomerate corporations and small to mid-size private equity companies.


She brings HR Business Partner experience from Pratt and Whitney, Current Powered by GE and their spin off Private Equity company, as well as Addivant, a spin off Private Equity company from Chemtura. She was heavily involved in talent acquisition for several key operations and supply chain leadership roles in her career and understands the importance of top talent and having the right people in the right roles.

Jessica was trained on Lean at Pratt & Whitney using their internal ACE Program (Achieving Competitive Excellence). Throughout her career, she participated in many kaizen events, used several lean tools (TPI, 6S and 8 Wastes) and personally developed and deployed standard processes and training on several HR topics for her leadership teams. Topics include: COVID-19 for manufacturing plants, internal recruiting and onboarding process, performance management, employee relations, union relations, first line supervisor OJT, pay for performance and talent reviews.


Jessica holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Eastern Connecticut State University and a Master of Science degree in Business Management from Rensselaer at Hartford; both degrees with a concentration in Human Resources.
