Lauren has worked in talent search and placement services since graduating from college in 2013. She began her professional career with Sue Lingua at Hire Logic as a Marketing and Recruiting Specialist. She developed their online presence, conducted recruitment-related research, developed job descriptions, and sourced candidates for recruiters. Since then, her scope of responsibility has continued to grow; she now manages full-cycle recruitment in addition to her marketing and office administration responsibilities.

She assists Lean Focus with full-cycle recruitment for various clients, database and candidate management, and identification of talent.
