His initiatives delivered major operational improvements, including a 32% reduction in overall inventory, an 83% reduction in raw material inventory days, and a 86% reduction in engineering change management lead time.

Prior to Vestas, Klaus spent 7 years with Danaher as Director Europe for the Danaher Business System (DBS), where he led the deployment of the Lean operating model across multiple European companies. His work delivered significant operational gains, including major improvements in on-time delivery, reductions in customer backlog, and sustained productivity improvements across manufacturing operations.

Klaus holds a Master of Science in Engineering from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) and completed the General Manager Program at Emlyon Business School. He is also a Certified Demand Driven Planner and holds multiple Danaher Master Black Belt certifications in Value Stream Mapping, Standard Work, Visual Management, and Materials Process excellence.
