An early adopter of lean principles, Bettina was introduced to continuous improvement through Intel’s “Copy Exactly” methodology. She played a pivotal role in shaping and delivering the original leadership track of the Danaher Business System (DBS), which has influenced the leadership models at spin-offs such as Fortive and Veralto. She firmly believes that lean principles are essential to achieving operational excellence and sustainable growth—across all industries, cultures, functions, and organizational levels.

Bettina holds a Dipl. FH in Social Work from the Katholische Stiftungsfachhochschule in Munich, Germany, and an MBA with a focus in Organizational Development and Marketing from the University of California, Riverside.
