Hans is a Senior Vice President, Growth Practice – Europe at Lean Focus. He is a results-driven executive, combining 30+ years of international leadership experience with hands-on Lean execution across commercial functions and operations.

He has held senior leadership roles in leading technology businesses with full P&L accountability, driving growth, turnaround programs, and organizational transformations in multicultural environments across Europe and beyond in various industries including electronics, equipment, manufacturing, after-sales and consumables for various industrial applications

His experience includes roles as Managing Director at HANZA, an international, NASDAQ-listed contract manufacturing partner, EVP at Cyklop International, a leading manufacturer of packaging equipment and consumables, and as GM for Germany and Eastern Europe at Asteelflash, a top global Electronic Manufacturing Services (EMS) provider.
