Starting his career on the shop floor as a machinist, Brad spent 19 years progressing through customer service, inside sales, materials, quality, supply chain, and continuous improvement before becoming Plant Manager of a large steel casting foundry and mill products machining operation. He has since held roles including Continuous Improvement Director, Vice President of Operations, and Global Vice President of Operations — with P&L responsibility for 13 global manufacturing plants. Across his career, Brad has led 7+ acquisition integrations, international start-ups in Mexico, plant closures and consolidations, aerospace operational turnarounds, and large-scale capacity expansions, delivering results including lead time reductions, product cost-out, and double-digit point improvements in employee engagement.
