He’s also advised private equity firms and founder-led businesses on building scalable, performance-driven operating models.

While leading Danaher’s +$150M Dental Imaging business, Mikko drove one of the most impactful Lean transformations in the platform’s history—cutting time-to-market by 50%, boosting financial performance, and positioning the site as one of Danaher’s most Lean-mature facilities globally.
