Seth began his career in non-profit management before moving into sales, marketing, product management, and general management roles across a variety of organizations. During nearly a decade at Danaher, he established his lean foundation leading various strategic planning, strategy deployment, growth, and innovation initiatives. He led multiple Presidents’ Kaizen teams and presented best practices at the Danaher growth and innovation conferences.

Over the last ten years, Seth applied his lean toolkit as COO and CEO driving transformations of private equity backed enterprises, leveraging strategic planning to develop a vision and then driving rigorous execution of that strategy with lean fundamentals including daily management, visual management and strategy deployment. These resulted in significant improvements in safety, quality, delivery, revenue, margin expansion, commercial excellence, and new product development.
