STANZI PRELL

Senior Vice President, Growth Practice

Stanzi is a Senior Vice President, Growth Practice for Lean Focus Europe.  She has held executive and commercial leadership roles with several public companies. Her 28 years of experience include 17 years at Danaher in 3 different Operating Companies, plus 10 years in Packaged/Consumer Goods including The Gillette Company, Philips Electronics, Hill-Rom, and WaterPik Technologies.  Most recently, she has been consulting across various industries, including the sports/outdoor industry.


Stanzi has held global leadership roles in North America, Asia, and Europe.  She has solved complex challenges and delivered above-industry topline and profit growth by employing lean principles in growth strategies, to free up resources for additional growth initiatives. She has led global strategic plan developments in multiple organizations, always based on insightful market segmentation.

As Commercial President EMEA for Danaher’s Dental business (now Envista), she has driven Sales Force Efficiency and Effectiveness through rigorous processes, bundled with distribution optimization and organizational changes in structure and skill sets.  At OTT HydroMet, she has led  the shift to digital/transformational Marketing, improvements to the New Products Introduction Process and Pricing as a key growth lever. During 10 years in Consumer Goods, she learned the value ofbrands, and later applied this also in a B2B environment. Stanzi holds a BS in Business Administration from the University of Wyoming, and an MBA from Indiana University.
