ALGER BRADLEY

Director, Operations Practice

Alger is a battle-tested operations leader with over a decade of experience driving lean transformations in complex manufacturing environments. His leadership track record spans industry giants like Danaher and Fortive, as well as private equity-backed businesses such as Luminator Technology Group, where he oversaw multi-site operations across production, quality, materials, procurement, customer service, and facilities.

Alger’s career is defined by his hands-on approach to building and sustaining high-performance operations. From electronics assembly to heavy machining—union and non-union—he’s led teams through the trenches of daily management, material flow improvements, and frontline Kaizen. The results speak for themselves: on-time delivery gains, lead time reductions, inventory turns up, and efficiency metrics moving in the right direction.

Beyond the corporate world, Alger has walked the entrepreneurial path, founding and scaling a successful multi-location service business. He’s lived the challenge of building systems from the ground up and applies that pragmatic, get-it-done mindset to every engagement.

A student of the craft, Alger’s approach has been sharpened through years of mentorship from Toyota Production System senseis, embedding Lean as not just a toolkit, but a daily leadership discipline.

He holds a B.S. in Industrial Engineering from Texas State University and has completed advanced leadership and Lean training through Danaher, Fortive, and Cummins.

Alger is part of our Operations Practice where we know that when operations are designed to flow, performance stabilizes naturally.

Lean Focus builds the systems and daily disciplines that eliminate firefighting and turn execution across safety, quality, delivery, inventory, and productivity, into a lasting competitive advantage.
