Andy has led enterprise transformation across manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and back-office operations. At a major chemical company, he directed Lean Enterprise efforts that delivered $20 million in cost-out savings. At JLI, he helped scale the company from startup to $1.2 billion in annual sales within 12 months, implemented Lean Sigma projects generating millions in annual savings, and built enterprise-wide continuous learning systems. At Viridi Parente, he designed new manufacturing systems, transitioned job-shop operations to cellular flow, and doubled production rates within 30 days.
