Ben is a seasoned Lean leader with more than 25 years of experience delivering cultural transformation and measurable performance improvement across global organizations. With over 400 Kaizen events facilitated throughout his career, he is widely respected for his calm, collaborative leadership style and his unwavering commitment to developing people and building sustainable Lean capability at every level of the business.

As a Director within the Danaher Business System, Ben led major site transformations and enterprise-wide Lean deployments, playing a pivotal role in introducing DBS to newly acquired companies across Ireland, France, Switzerland, Sweden, and the UK. Serving as the primary on-site mentor, he partnered closely with executive and functional leaders to implement Lean Conversion, Standard Work, Daily Management, Policy Deployment, and Problem Solving across operations, distribution, supply chain, commercial, and transactional processes.
