Bettina brings over 30 years of experience in Human Resources (HR) Management and Consulting on Lean Principles. Throughout her career, she has led global HR, training, and administrative functions across Fortune 1000 companies including Intel, Tektronix, Danaher, Hach, and SolarWorld—supporting organizations with $1B+ in revenue and operations spanning more than 40 international locations. Bettina is not only a seasoned HR executive but also a venture capital and angel investor, entrepreneur, and co-author of Demystifying Technical Training: Strategy and Execution. A passionate advocate for mental health, she is committed to creating meaningful and lasting impact in the organizations and communities she serves.
Bettina holds a Dipl. FH in Social Work from the Katholische Stiftungsfachhochschule in Munich, Germany, and an MBA with a focus in Organizational Development and Marketing from the University of California, Riverside.
