Bjoern has been working in the industry for over 25 years. After starting as a Production Planner at the Gillette Company, he held various leadership positions at Danaher in Global Order Management and Process Optimization in Operations: 5 years in Germany, 7 years for Europe, and 3 years global responsibility for teams of about 40 employees. During this time, he has built up extensive skills in supply chain management, leadership, lean management and leading lean cultures. Bjoern also holds a Master Black Belt in TPI (Transactional Process Improvement) from Danaher Corporation.

Bjoern is an excellent coach, facilitator and trainer.  While working as a consultant with a focus on growing lean culture, leadership and change, he develops suitable transformation concepts and successfully implements them with his customers. With his hands-on mentality he empowers organizations and leaders to achieve sustainable improvements.
