Cathy is Vice President of Lean Focus’ Operations Practice. As a Director, General Manager, and Vice President for different businesses and functions, Cathy has successfully built and led teams to deliver results through the use of continuous improvement tools.  Cathy started her career in process engineering before taking on global roles in Operations Leadership, Supply Chain Leadership, and Lean Business System Leadership.

As a General Manager, Cathy developed and executed Strategic Plans and has coached teams through the Strategic Planning and Strategy Deployment Process. She is equally adept at implementing Standard Work and Visual Management on the factory floor.
