Chuck is a Vice President in Lean Focus’s Operations Practice with over 30 years of experience leading operational transformations. Starting his career as an assembler, he advanced through roles in Customer Service, Distribution, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Business Unit Leadership—bringing rare credibility from the frontline to the executive level.

Chuck specializes in building and deploying lean systems, including strategy deployment, visual management, structured problem solving, and pull systems. He has led thousands of kaizen events and driven measurable improvements in capacity, quality, and cost while developing high-performing teams.
