His expertise deepened at Honda of America and continued through leadership roles at Hill-Rom, where he drove double-digit improvements in sales, profit, safety, quality, and delivery performance. Dan served as a Lean Sensei, guiding clients across industrial, healthcare, and public sectors to achieve significant efficiency gains and strategic outcomes. His work at GE Aviation and Rotex Global further solidified his reputation as a leader in lean transformation, with notable achievements.

Known for his ability to build high-performing, cross-functional teams and foster a culture of continuous improvement, Dan excels at coaching executive leadership and implementing enterprise-wide lean systems. His strategic vision and hands-on approach have delivered sustainable results, from reducing cycle times to enhancing product quality and driving revenue growth.

Dan holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Cincinnati.
