Dave brings near 40 years of deep operational and Lean expertise from one of the most respected Fortune 100 industrial companies—John Deere. Throughout his career, Dave held senior leadership roles where he led the global development and deployment of the John Deere Quality & Production System (JDQPS), spanning 75 factories worldwide. His work included driving strategy, execution, and cultural transformation across Supply Chain, Order Fulfillment, Lean Manufacturing, and Quality Systems.

Dave’s leadership helped guide one of Deere’s factories to Shingo Prize recognition—a gold standard in operational excellence. His cross-functional experience covers Operations, Manufacturing Engineering, Supply Management, SIOP, IT/SAP implementations, Production Planning, and Lean-focused business system design.
