ENG JUAY, YEO (E.J.)
Director, Operations Practice
Eng Juay Yeo (E.J.) is a senior operations and business transformation leader with more than 32 years of global experience driving Lean transformation, Commercial Excellence, and enterprise strategy across complex, regulated, and high-growth environments. A hands-on leader, he champions true Gemba leadership—personally facilitating Kaizens and leading large-scale global change initiatives.
Early in his career, he led the full Lean conversion of a traditional manufacturing facility, earning industry recognition for the transformation. He has since facilitated a broad range of initiatives, from annual operations strategy deployment to value stream Standard Work Kaizens. A strong advocate of coaching teams in Practical Problem Solving (PSP), he focuses on building capability to deliver measurable results.
His leadership of JAPAC Commercial DBS helped establish a Lean culture across commercial and service organizations, embedding process discipline and operational thinking beyond manufacturing. He has held senior leadership roles including Senior Director, Global Manufacturing; Senior Director, JAPAC Commercial and Global Operations DBS; and most recently, Senior Director, Global Operations DBS and PMO.
E.J. holds a BEng (Hons) in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from London South Bank University and an MBA from the University of Manchester, UK.
