Over the course of his career, Gerald has held leadership roles with Tenneco Automotive, Lucas Body Systems / Lucas Varity Kelsey-Hayes, Simpler Consulting (an IBM Company), Simpler North America, and Value Capture. He has partnered closely with executive teams across healthcare, manufacturing, government, and complex service environments, leading multi-workstream transformations that align strategy, strengthen execution, and deliver meaningful business outcomes.
Gerald is known for his hands-on, no-nonsense approach to transformation. At Tenneco, he led enterprise-wide improvement efforts that delivered more than $50 million in documented savings over five years, reduced freight costs by 45 percent in two years, improved productivity by 30 percent, reduced inventory days on hand by 50 percent, and increased asset utilization by 18 percent. In his consulting leadership roles, he captured and contracted the largest client in company history and drove 30 percent year-over-year revenue growth.
