GREGG MINER

Vice President, Operations Practice

Gregg serves as a Vice President in the Lean Focus Operations Practice. His extensive experience spans various roles—including Director, General Manager, Vice President, and President—where he has excelled in forming teams and establishing lean systems to foster continuous improvement and deliver tangible results. Beginning his career as an R&D Engineer, Gregg’s journey has seen him assume responsibilities in Quality, Sales/Marketing, Operations, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Business Unit Leadership.


In his capacity as General Manager and President, he has crafted and implemented strategic plans aimed at growth and business revitalization.

Gregg is adept at ground-level operations, collaborating with Kaizen teams to apply Standard Work, Visual Management, and Daily Management practices. His expertise in continuous improvement extends internationally, reaching organizations with up to 140 sites. Gregg’s involvement is comprehensive, encompassing plant expansions, consolidations, and the introduction of Smart Factory initiatives. Notably, under his leadership, one facility was honored with the 2023 NAM Manufacturing Excellence Council’s award for Connected Workforce.


Gregg holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from Clarkson University.
