Guy is a Senior Vice President and Executive Advisor for Lean Focus that partners with CEOs to drive sustainable transformations. For over 30 years, he has been leading all aspects of the Human Resource function with a specialty in leading the development and implementation of Organization Development and Lean Culture for such companies as Danaher, Vestas, PAREXEL and Addivant.

Guy started his Lean career with Danaher at Jake Brake where he was part of the core team responsible for driving lean culture in a Union environment. With Danaher’s Water Quality Platform as the lead HR executive, he was responsible for building the platform’s leadership capabilities through Talent Acquisition, Lean Culture Development as well as co-developing Lean Administrative Tools for Danaher. While with Danaher’s Product Identification Platform, Guy led two major Lean HR initiatives focused on Back Office Productivity and Sales Force Effectiveness, which led to significant share gain and profit improvement.
