Heinrich brings more than 25 years of international leadership experience in MedTech and Life Science companies, with full end-to-end P&L responsibility across publicly listed corporations and SME-businesses.
At Novanta (NASDAQ: NOVT), he led global Medical Solutions businesses for Minimally Invasive Surgery and Product Identification. He successfully grew sales and profits, integrated multiple acquisitions across Germany, the US and the Czech Republic, consolidated sites and drove business scale-ups. Prior to Novanta, Heinrich held BU Leadership roles for Medical-, Industry Microscopy and Life Science applications at Leica Microsystems (Danaher).
Heinrich deployed the Danaher Business System (DBS) with a focus on portfolio & product management, funnel management, and go-to-market excellence. At Stryker, Heinrich spent more than 10 years in Manufacturing, Plant Management, Global Operation and Product Development. He led quality turnarounds and significantly improved OTD, DIO, and per-person productivity performance.
