Henrik brings over 25 years of leadership experience from global companies within medical diagnostics, hearing instruments, and telecommunications. For 15 years, he was part of Danaher Corporation – a globally recognized leader in operational excellence  and Lean – here he served as CEO of Radiometer, a $1B+ full-value-chain company with 4,000+ employees. Henrik drove sustainable growth through technology innovation and international expansion, developing Radiometer into a global leader in its market.

Prior to Radiometer, he held executive roles at GN Hearing and in the telecom industry, leading global R&D, and with experience from M&A, and business development. A proven track record in scaling manufacturing operations, launching new products, and optimizing performance in complex, regulated markets.
