ExxonMobil, Director of Operations/General Manager at Essentra, Plant Manager and Global Business System
Leader at Rexnord, Corporate Operational Excellence Leader at Joy Global, and Supply Chain Leader at Cooper Lighting. Across these roles, he has established global digital supply chain strategies, led enterprise-wide lean transformations, and championed employee engagement at all levels.

Jason earned a Bachelor of Science in Business with minors in Operations and Accounting and a Certificate in Marketing from the Georgia Institute of Technology, and he holds a CPIM certification.
