Vice President, Growth Practice
Jay is a Vice President at Lean Focus Growth Practice. He has held executive and commercial leadership roles with several public and private companies. His 20 years of experience includes 7 years at Danaher’s OpCo Fluke Electronics, plus 7 years in building materials including Acuity Brands and Omnimax. He has also served as President of one of the largest MillerKnoll dealerships in America. Most recently, he has been consulting across various industries, including eCommerce and mid market M&A.
Jay has held global leadership roles in North America and Europe. He has solved complex challenges and delivered above-industry topline and profit growth by employing lean principles in growth strategies, to free up resources for additional growth initiatives.
