Jillian has worked in executive recruiting since graduating from college in 2011. She began her professional career with a small boutique firm focused on IT executives. She then worked at Heidrick and Struggles as an Engagement Manager, supporting the Global Supply Chain and Operations Practice. During her time there she sourced, interviewed, and supported the lead partner on Vice President to COO level searches. Jillian joined Lean Focus to support the Talent Solutions unit in 2018. Since then, she has supported consultants in many different searches, ranging from CI Leaders to Vice Presidents. She also engages in database, knowledge and candidate management.

Jillian is a graduate of The University of Saint Joseph with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Political Science.
