John has held executive and leadership roles with public and private equity-backed companies, including serving as CEO of Magnum Manufacturing and leadership roles at Teradyne, Danaher, REGO, Coveris, and TC Transcontinental. He has spent more than half his career in General Manager, Senior Vice President, and CEO roles, leading transformations through growth strategies and Lean operating principles.

John began his career as a design engineer and served as a lead mechanical engineer on Teradyne’s groundbreaking J750 development team, where he experienced firsthand how disruptive technology reshapes markets.
