Josette worked with Damon at Danaher and they share an obsessive desire to drive real change in the real world to impact real results. Josette specializes in complex and highly analytical situations, including operational turnarounds accomplished via Lean tools and overall operational and financial transformation. Josette has worked for small and large companies, including Danaher, Eaton, Holley Performance Products, and the US Air Force as a civilian engineer.

Josette’s primary expertise is designing and deploying kanban in even the most difficult scenarios. She is the author of Banking on Kanban: Mastering Kanban to Boost Cash Flow, Minimize Inventory, and Maximize Delivery Performance. Josette has a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from GMI Engineering & Management Institute (now Kettering University) and a Master of Science in Business from Purdue University.
