Katie is an experienced Human Resources consultant with a demonstrated history in the hospital and healthcare industry. She has a generalist background with experience in leadership coaching and talent management. Katie had progressive roles at Hartford Healthcare for over 6 years before joining the Lean Focus team as a Talent Search Associate. She will lead full-cycle recruitment for Manager-level searches and support our recruiters with candidate sourcing and evaluation, interviews, and coordination.

She is a graduate of Siena College with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Spanish. She also has a Master’s Degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology.
