Katie is an experienced Human Resources professional with over ten years of experience. Katie has a generalist background with a demonstrated history in the hospital and healthcare industry. Katie held progressive HR roles at Hartford HealthCare, where she partnered with operational leaders to support workforce planning, employee engagement, performance management, and talent development initiatives. Her work provided her with a strong foundation in aligning talent strategy with operational needs in complex, fast-paced environments.

As a member of the Lean Focus team, Katie leads full-cycle recruitment for Manager and Director-level searches for single-site and small multi-site roles.

Katie holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and Spanish from Siena College and a Master’s Degree in Industrial & Organizational Psychology.
