Katja is a Lean Master Black Belt with over 20 years of experience leading and implementing Lean Transformations for companies like Danaher and Becton Dickinson. She has been a Six Sigma Black Belt, a Danaher Business System Leader and has held several roles as Healthcare Consultant and Associate Director of Professional Services with global, cross-functional responsibilities.  She has a proven track record of developing and operationalizing global strategies to improve operational and clinical efficiency in Healthcare.  Katja has mentored, coached and certified over 180 associates in Lean tools.

A hands-on leader with over 250 kaizen events under her belt, Katja is just as comfortable working with associates to implement Transactional Process Improvement in Sales, Marketing and Finance, as she is working with executives on Strategy Deployment. She is passionate about applying lean in Healthcare settings to improve patient outcomes.
