Senior Vice President, Executive Advisor
As a President as well as Vice President and General Manager, Kirk has led businesses through various stages of transformation in their Continuous Improvement journeys. Kirk started his career in non-profit management before moving into product management, marketing, and company strategy.
Kirk acquired his Lean process improvement expertise during his time at Danaher where he held senior level roles across the Water Quality platform after rising through the ranks of various marketing roles. Kirk created Lean Tools in innovation and leadership development. Kirk’s work in commercializing products was benchmarked for the Launch Excellence (LEX) tool, and he was a Certified Practitioner in Visual Management. Kirk has Bachelors degree from James Madison University and an MBA from the University of Virginia’s Darden School of Business.
KIRK has been leading teams for the past 20+ years and has facilitated or participated in dozens of Kaizen events including annual Presidents’ Kaizens that were standard practice at the businesses he led.
