Lea joined Lean Focus in 2022 as an intern to develop her skills in recruitment and candidate management. She was hired full-time from her internship period to support recruitment efforts as a Search Operations Associate. Lea is responsible for full cycle recruiting, database management, talent identification and evaluation, client management, and other key administrative tasks to ensure successful search operations. Her early career was spent as a Teacher at Achievement First in Hartford, CT.

Lea is a graduate of Hobart and William Smith Colleges with a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology. She also spent a semester studying abroad at the National University of Ireland in Galway to gain global experience.
