Leila brings over 20 years of global leadership experience to Lean Focus, where she helps clients build and sustain high-performance continuous improvement cultures.

Leila held senior roles in Finance, Supply Chain, and ultimately as Director of the Danaher Business System (DBS) Office at Danaher Corporation. Most recently, she played a pivotal role in launching the Diagnostics Platform Lean team and shaping the Danaher Materials System, setting the foundation for platform-wide capability.

Earlier in her career, while leading operations at Danaher’s $150M Dental Imaging business, Leila spearheaded one of the company’s most impactful Lean Inventory and Supply Chain transformations—dramatically increasing inventory turns and positioning the site as one of the most Lean-mature facilities across Danaher worldwide. She went on to replicate these results globally, proving that the same Lean fundamentals drive impact across industries and cultures.
