Throughout his career, Mike has led large-scale capital projects, reversed declining sales trajectories, and delivered award-winning process improvements. His leadership has driven meaningful gains in safety performance, financial predictability, operational reliability, and long-term shareholder value.

Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management with a concentration in Mathematics from Roberts Wesleyan College and is an honorably discharged U.S. Navy veteran.
