MONA ABOU-SAYED

Senior Vice President, Executive Advisor

Mona brings nearly 30 years of cross-industry leadership experience spanning telecommunications,
enterprise software, and life sciences. Throughout her career, she has been a driving force in organizational transformation—embedding a culture of continuous improvement, operational discipline, and customer-centricity.


Her leadership journey has included pivotal roles across product management, systems engineering, customer operations, human resources, enterprise PMO, quality assurance, and operational excellence. Since her introduction to the Danaher Business System (DBS) at Tektronix, Mona has carried forward a relentless commitment to lean leadership, scaling results by building systems that empower people.

Known for blending operational insight with a human-centered approach, Mona has guided cross-functional teams through M&A integrations, SaaS migrations, new product development, and enterprise-wide process improvements. She consistently leads change with empathy, ensuring people remain at the center while organizations evolve to meet future challenges.


Mona holds a B.S. in Management Science and an M.S. in Operations Research from Southern Methodist University. She is also a certified PMP (Project Management Professional) and an ICF Associate Certified Coach (ACC).


Beyond work, she is passionate about travel, fitness, the outdoors, and time with family—always bringing the same energy and curiosity that define her professional life.
