Nick brings over 20 years of experience as a lean operations leader, internal change agent, and sensei, including more than seven years working within and alongside Danaher businesses.

He has led a wide range of engagements—from large-scale enterprise transformations to targeted, hands-on work embedded directly with frontline teams. Most recently, Nick served as Director of Manufacturing for a leading harvesting robotics startup, where he scaled production and built out field support capabilities in a high-growth environment.

Nick is focused on driving lasting change through the disciplined application of lean principles to real operational challenges. His approach combines intensity, clarity, and a bias for results—ensuring teams not only understand lean, but can execute it.
