Rick brings more than 30 years of experience applying Toyota Production System methodologies across operations management, leadership, and consulting roles. As a consultant, Rick worked alongside Toyota lean experts, playing a key role in training development and delivery while leading hands-on transformations. His work has spanned continuous-flow processes, machining and assembly, distribution and parts support, and state government. Through these experiences, Rick developed deep expertise not only in continuous improvement tools, but also in the business and people systems required to drive and sustain cultural change.
