Ricky’s career has been a driving force behind his success in leadership, facilitation, coaching, and strategic partnerships across diverse business units and functions. As a hands-on, results-driven executive, he has held senior leadership roles in Supply Chain Operations, Quality & Regulatory, and New Product Development, providing both tactical and strategic direction.

Throughout his career, Ricky has partnered with leaders and frontline teams to drive strategic initiatives focused on quality, process optimization, and operational flow improvements. He has led multiple U.S. and international collaborations, working with globally based partners to implement Operational Excellence across Operations, Quality, and SG&A functions.

As Vice President of Quality and Continuous Improvement at Advanced Drainage Systems, Ricky spearheaded a Lean Transformation across multiple departments, leading cross-functional teams in process optimization. He also championed quality, operations, R&D, sales, and product management initiatives, driving business growth, cost reductions, and enhanced customer focus. His leadership contributed to laboratory efficiencies and securing additional federal, state, and city regulatory product clearances.

During his tenure as Corporate Danaher Business System Leader, Ricky played a pivotal role in operations, quality & regulatory, legal, and new product development, delivering measurable results that supported the launch of Danaher’s Diagnostics & Life Sciences platform vertical.

Ricky holds a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the United States Military Academy at West Point.
