Roberto brings over 25 years of hands-on leadership experience implementing Lean across production, engineering, quality, supply chain, maintenance, and process improvement functions. Throughout his career, he has also held direct responsibility for strategy deployment, people development, health, safety and environmental management (HS&E), and finance.

Roberto knows how to lead and coach a Lean transformation. His approach is rooted in leading by example— building Lean cultures and growth mindsets through direct engagement on the shop floor and across leadership levels. He has consistently provided strategic and financial direction to drive business growth and operational stability, always with a focus on delivering value-added outcomes through Kaizen events and workshops. Over the course of his career, he has personally led more than 100 Kaizen events and sponsored over 200 across manufacturing, engineering, warehouse, shipping, maintenance, and administrative functions. In addition to his Lean work, he has executed multiple Six Sigma projects focused on critical quality improvements.
