Stanzi has held global leadership roles at Public Companies in North America, Asia, and Europe. She has solved complex challenges and delivered above-industry topline and profit growth by employing Lean principles in growth strategies to free up resources for additional growth initiatives. Her more than 28 years of experience include: 17 years at Danaher in 3 different Operating Companies, plus 10 years in Packaged/Consumer Goods including The Gillette Company, Philips Electronics, Hill-Rom, and WaterPik Technologies.
