Sven is a proven operations leader with more than 20 years of hands-on experience in production and lean transformation. As segment head and plant manager, he carried budget and results accountability. He has led operations in series and high-mix/low-volume production through growth and restructuring.

At Daimler, he worked worldwide as a lean consultant and trainer. As Head of Body-in-White and Paint at AGCO Fendt, he merged both units into one value stream and built a high-performing production system. As plant manager of F.X. Meiller’s main plant in Munich, he realigned truck body assembly along the value stream. He built up shopfloor management and a consistent leadership rhythm.
