For over 25 years, Tom has used lean principles to lead growth and innovation initiatives ranging from large global commercial transformations, to scrappy, start-up innovations, to M&A integrations, delivering breakthrough results in product & portfolio management, sales, marketing, services, operations, eCommerce, IT and M&A through VP, P&L owner, and consulting roles for such companies as Danaher, Fortive, 3M, Envista and Honeywell.
Tom is trained in Lean business operating systems and leadership. He has a deep understanding of how to use Lean tools in complex cross-functional environments to strengthen relationships and cultivate a Growth Mindset that unifies growth and innovation teams on a common goal.
