Senior Vice President, Lean Focus Nordic
Henrik brings over 25 years of leadership experience from global companies within medical diagnostics, hearing instruments, and telecommunications. For 15 years, he was part of Danaher Corporation – a globally recognized leader in operational excellence and Lean – here he served as CEO of Radiometer, a $1B+ full-value-chain company with 4,000+ employees. Henrik drove sustainable growth through technology innovation and international expansion, developing Radiometer into a global leader in its market.
Henrik holds a Ph.D. (within communication systems) and a MSc from the Technical University of Denmark (DTU) and has completed executive programs at institutions including Stanford and CBS.
